Construction Equipment Rental Terms

The specialists at NMK Industries LLC make it easy and convenient to make arrangements for renting construction equipment in New York's Capital District area. Open seven days a week, our industry experts provide in-store pickup and delivery services. If you're in a hurry, competitively priced same-day service is available! Whether you need a short- or long-term rental for your project, we can make it happen.


Our terms of rental are simple:


  • 8 hours to a contract day
  • 7 days to a contract week
  • 28 days to a contract month
  • Fuel: All equipment goes out with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. Refueling service charge: 150% of the current rate of fuel.
  • Cleaning charges: All equipment must be returned in the condition it was received.  If the machine is excessively dirty upon return, a minimum charge of $50.00 will be applied. 
  • Payment: All rental charges are to be paid in full prior to the start of the rental.
